Graydon Carter, owner of the Waverly Inn and editor of Vanity Fair, Jeff Klein, owner of City Club Hotel (and home of DB Moderne Restaurant) and Jeremy King, owner of the Wollesley (one of the hottest restaurants in London) have teamed up and will reopen The Monkey Bar this spring.
